The month of Rajab

We are already in the month of Rajab. This year, the first day of the month of Rajab falls on January 13. That is, the night from January 12 to 13 is the first night of Rajab. This month is another chance for every Muslim to improve his faith and take a step towards Allah. Rajab is the seventh month of the Muslim lunar calendar, one of the four Forbidden months in which military action was prohibited. This month is also the prelude to the month of Ramadan, as Ramadan follows it after the month of Shaaban, which is in between. Therefore, when the Prophet saw the month of Rajab, he prayed to Allah with the following words: “O Allah, make the months of Rajab and Shaaban blessed for us, and grant us to reach Ramadan (i.e. prolong our lives until Ramadan so that we may benefit from its benefits and blessings)”.
